IN RETRO

In 1995, after the AcYt band disintegrated, Johnny Rockstar began a new project called RockstarCabo. The project was dedicated to producing original music inspired by the ideology of making original music. Johnny Rockstar's first production was an album called Johnny Rockstar, which consisted of a mixture of songs, a couple of songs from the recently disbanded AcYt, and two songs from La Clave. The album was recorded at RSC Studios in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico in the summer of 1998 and featured all songs and instruments, as well as sequences created by Johnny Rockstar for RSC Records. The album was released with photos emulating the past and was well-received by critics and fans alike. Jhonny Rockstar's debut album was a milestone in his career and is considered to be one of his most important works.
